1. Definitions

Personal data – any information relating to an identified person or an identifiable person.
Processing – any action or set of actions performed on Personal Data or a set of personal data.
Data bearer – a person whose Personal Data is processed.
Child – a person under 16 years of age.

2. Principles of data protection

We promise to be guided by the following principles of data protection:

• Processing is legal, fair, transparent. Our processing activities have a legal basis. We always consider your rights before processing personal data. We will provide you with information regarding on-demand processing.
• Processing is limited by its purpose. Our processing activities are consistent with the purpose for which personal data was collected.
• Processing completed with minimal data. We collect and process the minimum amount of your personal data required for any purpose.
• Processing is limited by the time interval. We will not keep your personal information longer than necessary.
• We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• We will do everything we can to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data.

3. Data rights

The data subject has the following rights:

1. Right to information – means that you have the right to know if your private data is being processed; what data is collected, where it is obtained from and why and by whom it is processed.
2. Right of access – means that you have the right to access data collected about you and from you. This includes the right to request and obtain a copy of your personal information collected.
3. Right to Correction – means that you have the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
4. Right of Deletion – implies that in certain circumstances you may request the deletion of your private data from our records.
5. The right to restrict the processing – means that if certain conditions are met, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
6. Right to object to processing – means that in certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example in the case of direct marketing.
7. Right to object to automatic processing – means that you have the right to object to automatic processing, including profiling; and not be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing. You can exercise this right whenever there is an outcome of profiling, which causes legal effects that concern you or partially relate to you.
8. Right to transfer data – you have the right to obtain your personal data in a format that the device can read or, if feasible, direct transfer from one processor to another.
9. Right to appeal – in the event that we refuse your request, guaranteed the right of access, we will provide you with the reason why this happened. If you are not satisfied with how your request is treated, please contact us.
10. Right to assistance from the supervisory authority – implies that you have the right to assistance from the supervisory authority and the right to other legal remedies, such as a claim for damages.
11. Right to withdraw consent – you have the right to withdraw any consent to the processing of personal data.

4. The data we collect

The information you provided to us

This can be your email address, name, billing address, home address and so on – mostly the information needed to deliver the product to you or to improve your user experience. We store information so that you can comment or perform other activities on the site. This information includes, for example, your name and email address.

Information automatically collected about you

This includes information that is automatically stored via cookies or other session tools. For example, information about your shopping cart, your IP address, purchase history (if any) and so on. Until you inform us otherwise, we strive to offer you products / services that are similar or the same as those in the purchase history / search in accordance with our legitimate interest.

With your consent, we process your personal data for the following purposes:

• to send newsletters and campaign offers;
• for other purposes for which we have requested your consent.

We process your personal data in order to fulfill the obligation arising from the law and/or use your personal data for the options provided by law. We reserve the right to anonymity of the collected personal data and the use of such data. We will use data outside the scope of the Policy only when it is anonymous. We store your payment information and other information collected about you for as long as necessary for accounting purposes or other obligations arising from the law, but not longer.

We may process your personal data for additional purposes, but that they are consistent with the original purpose for which the data was collected. To do this, we provide:

6. Who else can access your personal information

We only work with processing partners who are able to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data. 7. How we protect your information

We do our best to keep your personal information safe. We use secure protocols for communication and data transmission (such as HTTPS). We use anonymity and pseudonyms, where appropriate. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee you complete information security. However, we promise to notify the authorities in case of data breach. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything reasonable to prevent security breaches and provide assistance to the authorities if a breach occurs.

If you have an account with us, remember that you must have a secret username and password.

Children

We do not intend to collect or learn information about children. We do not target children with our services.
